Yep, I have had both emails too so fingers crossed.
I bet someone has thrown a threat of legal action at them and they realise what they can lose if they get major bad publicity out of this.

I know there was a huge difference in price and they were a bigger company but they got really bad publicity both in the press and on tv.0 -
Similar story here. Got cancellation for an unamed order the other day but today got emails advising del date for blue and honey berries. Found 99p refund on my card for the rose so that must have been the order cancelled. Maybe it was fear of bad publicity or maybe if you ordered more than the 99p but cannot understand why others did have their berry orders cancelled. I would say if you have not yet seen a refund then you will probably get your order??0

I have received a letter this morning saying, unfortunately they are unable to supply me with my order for rose blue moon as they have depleted their stocks. They also said they have processed a refund to my account.
Strange, but I have just been able to add the same rose to my shopping basket.
Stocks not quite depleted then!!

Had the e-mail, then a letter cancelling my rose, and the 99p credited. But no e-mail or letter about my orders for blueberries & honeyberries. And the money for the berries has been charged to my account - and not credited back.
Has anyone else had the money charged for the berries - and not had any e-mail or letter to say they're going to be delivered after all?0 -
I have ordered from them before without problem - not glitches though. I ordered the blueberries this time for me and acers for mum on separate orders. Had cancellation email for blueberries but then got another email saying would be despatched August?
Haven't checked to see if had refund though. Am going to check the acer order to see what is happening with that.

Yes, I've been charged for blueberries, and had a cancellation email. I rang them and they said the money would be re-credited, but it hasn't been yet. No further email or letter and the order still showing in 'my a/c' on the wesbsite. As other people have said they have subsequently received delivery information, I'm wondering if I will receive them after all?
As bigmuffins says, they are polite & seemingly helpful on the phone, but the left had doesn't seem to know what the right hand is doing...
I'm just going to leave it a bit longer - I would like to receive the bluberries - but will ring again if I don't hear anything in a week or so. It was a low value order, so I'll wait & see.0 -
I had the e-mail saying that my rose had been cancelled. Then I had a letter confirming cancellation. Today I've receved a letter saying that they are sending it!0

I won't be ordering off them again,even though they said they would still honour the £5 off!
At the risk of this whole thread being a wind up (blueberry bushes, !!!!!!??) this kind of comment of yours sums up the mentality here. Something has been listed clearly at the wrong price so all you leeches decided to milk the company dry yet obviously the orders were cancelled (or so you thought at least) then your comment is "I'm not shopping there again". Do you really think they want customers like you ripping the !!!! out of one small pricing error? No is the answer.
Really winds me up when people spot a clear error then rip the !!!! out of the company.
