    I got the same email in the early hours of this morning, so it looks like they may be honouring this after all.. :D

    I have received a letter this morning saying, unfortunately they are unable to supply me with my order for rose blue moon as they have depleted their stocks. They also said they have processed a refund to my account.
    Strange, but I have just been able to add the same rose to my shopping basket.
    Stocks not quite depleted then!!
    Someone is telling porky pies.

    Haven't had an email or letter but money was taken from my bank and has now been credited so not looking hopeful here.
    Some people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass :)

    Well, I'm really not certain what's going on!

    had a cancellation email, money taken, told by phone that order cancelled and refund to be credited, no credit yet & order still showing in 'my account'....

    They are not very organised, that's for sure.

    I had an email cancelling my order, after reading here I checked my bank and the money was taken so I rang them up and was told the order is not cancelled and is being packed for sending!
