3x Blueberry Bushes £4.98, free P&P - glitch? ORDERS NOT BEING HONOURED

I didn't get my rose either & got the same e-mail today ...booooooo

I placed two seperate orders of about £5 each, 1 of which was for the Blueberry plants, and the other for some different plants the day after. I've only had 1 cancellation email which I assume referred to both orders. Did anyone do more than one order and get more than one email cancellation?

I won't be ordering off them again,even though they said they would still honour the £5 off!

Same here - I will be emailing them today to enquire about a refund.

I also had a cancellation email & my card had been charged. Have just called them & been told that my order was going through & that the email had been sent in error. So there is still hope:)

I e-mailed them about a refund as had to chase them up for it last time I ordered from them and the rose bush didn't arrive

So we'll see what happens this time but am not greatly impressed with them TBH!!!

I've just called them and was told exactly the same and that my order would be delivered in August.
