Well, I'm just looking at moving broadband/phone supplier and have been searching on here for Plusnet feedback.
It's been quite nice to see just how many people have defended Plusnet, I guess the OP's intention of warning potential Plusnet customers has backfired a little. It certainly hasn't put me off!
Mind you, I'm a Virgin Media customer."I may be many things but not being indiscreet isn't one of them"0 -
Ah - VM. When things are going well they are very very good (I know I'm with them). Sadly from what I've seen reported when things go badly they can be very very bad indeed.0

Yeah it's always best to move to another supplier in case you get problems based on one vaguely questionable thread on a forum!
If you did that for all your suppliers you'd never buy anything or leave the house. Every ISP has bad reviews, some are diabolical and some are just plain awful.
No one single ISP has a fault free totally happy customer base so take your pick..... if you're with Plusnet and it works reliably and you think the price is fair then I'd stick with what you've got. Take a look at all the troubles people have with many other ISP's on this and other forums and you'd probably want to ditch the internet completely.

Also with plusnet you can take out a rolling monthly contract, soo if your not happy with them you can leave in a month.0
