If I were you I would stop posting in this thread, the more you post the more incompetent and foolish you make yourself look, you are just digging a bigger and bigger hole for yourself.0 -
Huh,
It is as I have always said, the Internet is the devils window on the world.

Yes o2 have got some good deals on at the moment and I do not blame you for shopping around that is what this website is about but I am slightly confused your comment I've been with them since 2007 & had one house move! sounds like a satisfied customer to me so your remark so long Plusnet - never again! seems strange.
Maybe you had taken a years contract out hence the £90 exit fees were for the remainder of the contract period .
The off peak calls times are unless you have been informed differently and that they are changing
Evening & weekend calls: Means calls to UK landlines beginning with 01, 02, 03, 0845 and 0870 made Monday-Friday 19:00 pm -07:00 am and any time Saturday or Sunday.
You seem to be under the impression plusnet off peak times are between 6pm to 8pm which is not the case
No, I meant that they had moved their 'off-peak' call 'start time' to 8pm from 6pm (it's actually 7pm I have since found out)0 -
Hmmm...
It seems the last rant by RandolpR and my reply to it have been removed by the mods. Not surprising really as it was another attempt at character assassination of those having the temerity to disagree with him.0 -
Pity. I'm sure it would have been entertaining to have read more foolishness from him.
If only they would remove computers from foolish incompetents who can't face up to being ignorant and wrong.0 -
To give you a tester...
There was further insulting of other posters here.
A claim that he had engaged an expert who examined his line and found that there was no reason for the excess use charge. Quite what was done and how this conculsion was reached wasn't explained.
He has been without internet access for about two weeks.
The new ISP remotely tested his computer (quite how this was done without it being online was also unexplained) and agreed that there was no reason for those excess charges.
The above may not be 100% accurate or complete but is close to what was posted.0 -

Reading this makes me paranoid as I have had a trouble free time with plus net so far. Part of me still wants to move on to another supplier too.Shane Jones
