Premier Telecom, is it a scam?

I have a business contract with T-Mobile and a company called Premier Telecom offered to buy me out of my contract and replace my three handsets with any handset I want (excl. iPhone) and give me 4000 minutes, 5000 texts and 500mb data. I've had a look around and it seems that they are a platinum partner of Vodafone but they want to put me on Three. Have you heard of this company as it sounds too good to be true.
