So - everyone has been happy with their orders? At £5.50 i want to order a big order - but don't want to lay out the money if it's not great.Annual Grocery Budget £364.00/£1500
Debt payments 2012 £433.270 -
Did an order today, the delivery was £11 it seemed to go up to that after about £40 and stayed that way even with spending £100, including 5kg of cheese
. About half an hour after ordering, they called me to say that they had sold out of the bread I wanted and what substitute would I like! Have had regular emails to say what was happening with my order too. Very impressed with the cs, I'll let you know what the produce is like.

Getting ready to place my 2nd order. Even with the £5.50 delivery charge, the fruit & veg works out cheaper than if I were to buy it from my local supermarket :j0

Everything was very well packed, it was obvious they had put some thought into the best way of preventing anything from being damaged in transit. The fruit & veg was actually much better quality than I was expecting.
The block of Savoir Fayre Extra Mature ZZZ Cheddar I ordered was described as being an average weight of 400g but the block I received was only 356g which is quite a significant difference IMO however that was pricemarked @ £2.94 & I only paid £1.99 saving about a third on the normal price so it's hardly worth mentioning but I thought I would as you want to know about any possible negative points before you place an order & despite my critical nature I can't fault the prices or quality of any of the items I ordered or the packing/delivery side of things. As with any retailer I can spot plenty of things that are cheaper elsewhere but you always have to shop around to get the best deals though.0 -
not bad, but doesnt work out cheaper than local bargain shops for me with the added delivery charge0

I placed my first order with them last night for delivery on Friday.
No meat in this order will wait and see what the fruit and Store cupboard stuff is like first.
Has anyone bought the meat and if so what is it like?2011 Sealed Pot Challenge #1238 hoping for £250 ~ saved £743.32

I think Rosspa are excellent! The delivery turned up, at least one of the two boxes, grr. I called them within ten minutes of arrival to tell them only half had arrived, they were already looking into it! Rather spookily knew who I was too without asking my name, lol! The next box turned up about an hour after that with another driver.
Everything looks great, it was packaged really well and everything was nice and cold still (10 ice packs included in the packaging) eggs all in tact. I ordered a whole load of meat, sausages, gammon, mince, steak and pork belly, and it all looks really nice nothing overly fatty or full of gristle.
Even with the rather expensive delivery included, the comparison shop would have cost me about £30 more, not including time spent at various supermarkets and petrol. So over all I am very impressedThanks op!

Just noticed that quite a few items have gone up in price since last week, eg a pineapple is now £1.25, when it was only 79p a few days ago.0

Fruit & veg prices vary daily, presumably it depends on what kind of deal they get with their suppliers each day. Things go down in price as well as up there are some fruit/veg items which are substantially cheaper today than they were when I bought them.0
