I want to know what ASIC type is my phone, and what serial box number must use to get the codes?

    Thanks

    Hi all,

Anyone interested in unlocking the new Nokia 6320i, I successfully did mine today. The settings needed are:

    Asic 6
    Box serial/keycode: 32821

I used Crux Unlocker 2.31 BTW.

It didn't let me enter the "+pw...." code in the usual way, I had to put another network's sim card in, and then it would prompt for the code.

(Quote drahcir) the default settings are wrong in the unlocking calc for this model - for your future reference i used:
    virgin special code
    mcc + mnc 23400001
    asic 2
    GTCL-001 33552

mine are done with the same settings apart from the last one

I use ONE 32836 (instead of GTCL 001)
Browntoa's settings worked for me, I tried the other setings but they didn't work for me.

I've got a new nokia 6230 locked for Spanish movistar and it didn't me enter the code (nothing happens).
If I put another operator SIM card in, the phone asks for a code. Please, what code do I use #pw+code+nr# or only the code?
    Thanks!

Quim, when it asks for a code you have to enter the full code #pw+code+nr#

Sorry think I may have confused here. My new 6230i is going to be on the BT mobile network as well. Vodafone just didn't want to play ball and happily gave me my pac code. They had offered me the 6230i with bluetooth headset 75 xnet and stop the clock for £20 per month. I ended up getting a better deal with bt, however, am disappointed to learn that they are still on the t-mobile network. When I talked to them when I had a problem with hubbys phone they said that they were on the Vodafone network.

So basically my old phone 1100 is on the vodafone network and my new phone will be bt mobile. My husband is on bt mobile and its his sim card that I want to put in my old 1100. So I guess I am looking for an unlocking code if anyone can help.

    Many Thanks
