Unlocking for Nokia phones (merged threads)

Thanks drahcir for the codes but a very strange thing: entering the first code was actually the third attempt with this unit and it gave the "cannot undo restriction" message. Have you or anyone else heard of Nokia cutting down the number of permitted attempts?

some of these dont seem to undo using the normal codes - can still be unlocked by cable though - even after 5 attempts

afaik there is always 5 attempts
did you check it with another sim?
can still be done by cable

this may be one of those that wont undo by normail codes
