if it says "cannot undo restriction" then it's a shop unlock only
it actually said not allowed but I am still glad that this still can be done even for some money0 -
I have just bought 2 Nokia 1100 from woolies that are on the Orange network.
I tried to imput the codes calculated on unlocks.co.uk website but these codes did not work.
Can you please help
Nokia 1100 on orange uk
IMEI ARE

The phone seemed to delete the numbers if I did not imput quickly enough. Is this an 100 traight.

Hi there,
I made a vodafone uk contract in order to get a nokia 6630, the problem is I want to put a sim-card from anoter contry. So after looking on the internet for a while and tring to se some codes for 4 times (which obviusly didn´t work, how stupid can I be...) I found this forum, and was wondering if anybody could help me out?
I know that I only have one more try, and until finding this place what I read is that it is unlockunble unless u flash it (or something like that), so I really need some expert help

I've jsut managed to lock the Nokia 3220 I've got for my daughter .... generated codes and lost track of how many I'd treid and now it says "Cannot undo restriction". I know this means it can only be unlocked with a cable - I have actually jsut ordered USB data cables for both her phone and mine (as O2 don't support email on pay and go and I want to upload photos!) - is this the same kind of cable, and if it is, what do i do with it!!!?! Failing that. where's the cheapest place to go to have it unlocked. it's on Orange at the mo.
Thanks :0)0 -
you need to find a shop to do it, or a nice chap at a boot fair, normally get charged about £10 for the honour, some of the smaller independent phone shops do them
if you post where you are in the U.k maybe someone can point you to a shop ??Ex forum ambassador

I'm on the Hants/Surrey border, if anyone knows of a cheap unlocker nearby!!!
I take it the USB lead is for downloading/uploading photos etc, and not for unlocking? I guess I'll have to pay out the £10, more fool me for trying to unlock it myself ;0)0 -
should have asked me for the settings...lol
don't know anyone down there I'm afraidEx forum ambassador
