    UK national statistics say that the average salary in the UK is £25324 per annum. In London that goes up £29744 so in effect your £40k is a very good salary.

    I ain't surprised your skint [STRIKE]spending[/STRIKE] wasting money like that, £600 on food, £150 on Taxis and £400 going out.

    The only thing that is essential on your list is food and i'm fairly sure you can reduce that.
