Finally arrived today at 7.30pm. Very pleased and tried one DVD so far: Best of Alka Yagnik. It has 50 songs on it (4 hours) so the sound quality isn't great but very pleased to relive some good memories. This DVD even has English subtitles which is great for me cause I can't understand Hindi. :T

Cool. Hats off to you. I like my bollywood songs but could not bear the transalations...actually they make me rofl. Brilliant way to kill a song :-)

Hi Guys...HELP!!!

Still havent recieved my order even though i ordered lat December.

Have emailed them a thousand times...no reply and the phone number is always on voicemail - Have called at different times about 1745212857 times!!

HELP!!! not sure what to do, i ordered about £50 worth of DVD. This is very very bad service.

Have you logged in to your account on their site to see if the order has been sent? Should be a tracking number if it has.

I still haven't received my order either, and according to the website my order is apparently still "Authorisation awaited"

Mine still says the same as above...the number that i called is always on answermachine. What shall i do? Thinking of reporting them to trading standards?

I have emailed a few times and they do not respond.

Have you been charged for your order? If you have then try getting intouch with your credit card company.

thats the bizaare thing....i have quite a few debit and credit cards and i am not too sure which one i ordered. I needed to throughly check all my card statements to make sure i have not been charged.

Off the top of my head i dont think i have been charged...but none the less this is so frustrating. I cant even get hold of this bloody company!!
