I got an e-mail saying dispatched on the 4/1 but nothing has arrived yet.

No response after e-mailing customer services. Anybody got a phone number for them? Nothing on their website.

I recieved mine yesterday. Six DVDs in all. For all those questions on whether they are original etc, EROS has been around for quite a while distributing Bollywood movies.

I would say, relax, you should recieve them soon enough.

I ordered a couple of weeks back, got an email saying they despatched my order last thursday and all dvds have been recieved today. On my despatch email there is a order number which you can track the progress on there site when you login. If your order has been despatched there will be a parcel force tracking no. Hope this helps
