Any change to a Sky package - as this is - immediately cancels your previous deal.

Ie anyone on half price for 6 months etc should steer clear unless you think this offer is better than half price.

Designed to snare savvy MES and HDUK peeps who don't realise what they're asking for :D
  • thanks worked for me, came on straight away after upgrading. thanks OP your a lifesaver hehe :)

When I click on it it says "we can't sign you in to this service" anyone know how to get past this?

I've just signed up to the Sky iD as I hadn't done it before but now it won't let me verify my account.

    Confusing!

I had problems as well but found that if I came out of the Sky site and then went back and signed in again it worked out. Don't know if it will work for you but worth a try?

I tried to sign up for it but it says that my monthly cost will increase from £22 to £42 and after offer ends, to £52! what's up with it? I did not confirm order for this reason.

I am currently on the 6 month half price offer and took out this package via my account and then contacted them to check if I was still going to get the discount and was told that it does not cancel your offer deal and not only that if you had 3 months left on your half price offer after the current free 2 months you would get it for 50% off the price but the website does not show you "offers" phone up and check :)

The guy also said on the phone that if your unsure to upgrade via the website just phone them up and they will add it and it will give them a warning if your package will change price
