When I click on it it says "we can't sign you in to this service" anyone know how to get past this?

I've just signed up to the Sky iD as I hadn't done it before but now it won't let me verify my account.

I had problems as well but found that if I came out of the Sky site and then went back and signed in again it worked out. Don't know if it will work for you but worth a try?

I tried to sign up for it but it says that my monthly cost will increase from £22 to £42 and after offer ends, to £52! what's up with it? I did not confirm order for this reason.

myfairlady - I had the same as you but dont want to phone them up as you are put on hold for ever and then they hang up anyway. Think I will have to give this one a miss !

I am currently on the 6 month half price offer and took out this package via my account and then contacted them to check if I was still going to get the discount and was told that it does not cancel your offer deal and not only that if you had 3 months left on your half price offer after the current free 2 months you would get it for 50% off the price but the website does not show you "offers" phone up and check

The guy also said on the phone that if your unsure to upgrade via the website just phone them up and they will add it and it will give them a warning if your package will change price
