I have signed up and it worked straight away...but now it doesn't.

It says I have to enter a pin to continue viewing. Anybody else have this problem?

The PIN is because the movie you are trying to watch is of a certain age and they are showing before watershed. If you've got that far it means its worked otherwise you'd get the message saying 'to upgrade now please call....'

you just have to enter the last 4 digits of your viewing card (unless you have changed it previously) hth
