Morning my lovelies
Operation Tidyup slowly continues, just our bedroom that's a bit of a tip. We could really do with a bookcase in our room for all my books that are currently wedged between the bed and my bedside cabinet
Doing some pottering and we're nearly out of cat food so think the weekly shop will need to be done today.
Naff all other OS going on really, just feel dog tired

Morning all
Lovely washing drying day here today. Have been up since 6.30 am as I've got my friend's giant dog here and I wanted to take him for a walk before I went to my 9am class at the gym. Also I'm trying to get my sleep pattern back to normal.
LOU big hugs hunny
BITSY glad you survived and had a good time
NPM happy birthday to your lovely boy.
Plan today to potter in my garden, need to thin out some seedlings and generally have a clear up. Tea tonight is chicken wrapped in bacon, stuffing, HG roasties and veg. Also got some ironing to do.
Big hugs to anyone who needs one today.
Have a good day all

Been sorting out the buttons that come attached to clothes when new. I keep them in a couple of black pots (those one you can get from Lush I just wash them out and press them into action elsewhere) which I have in my sewing box. I never throw buttons or anything like that away you never know when you will need them
Sistercas you have made me laugh with that :rotfl:love it.
Dogs walked and horses fed and dealt with. Cooking for this evening instead! I need to get their winter coats washed - thats the next job I am looking at!Cat, Dogs and the Horses are our fag and beer money:beer:

I collect the buttons too, and I have yet to ever sew one on something, but can't not keep them

Hi all,
I'm so sorry for being MIA again; work has just taken over my life but I've still been trying to save that money! I could never leave my life saver :money:! Anyway, I thought that I'd better pop on as I have half a chance.
The meal planning here is a little half hearted at the moment, BUT that doesn't mean that I've been frivolous. In fact far from it, though we have had to play "freezer roulette" on the odd occasion. It was our local farmers' market yesterday, so we've stocked up the freezer from that. They do fabulous ostrich burgers, a variety of sausages and the "normal" market has a great fish stall. All of these are currently filling the freezer, but have been marked this time!
Dinner this evening will be spag bol, padded out with plenty of vegetables and what isn't eaten (which will be loads!) we'll pop in the freezer too. Bob's your uncle - freezer full!
I have a pile of ironing staring at me, so I'd better get on and tackle it.
Bye all!

Hi
I've made 7 dozen Thumbly Jumbly biscuits (pic on facebook & my blog), turkey & mushroom pie ready for tea tomorrow, the washing has just had it's 3rd rain rinse! Oh well it will dry sometime this week.
NPM, Happy birthday Noah.
Bitsy, glad it went well.
BB, hope you are feeling better.
Feet up for 10 mins with a cuppa & then I'll make a start of the roasties & veg for dinner.
Hugs Hester
