Hi for all body who reply me on this matter, and I would like to tell today I have contact with trading standards and they have taken all the information and they said that I should give a complaint letter to that egency and to the trading standards to process this matter ,

Today I have called back the trading standerds yo ask about more information but today refused to help me and they pointed me out about shelter ,
I called shelter and they are very very cooperation and gave me more information and pointed me out what I should to do and tomorrow I will do every things that shelter said about .
I should send a letter to that egency to return my money otherwise I will go to local county court to recover my money

Today the agency estate phoned me and they gave me apologize for that mistake and they will help me to find a flat to rent,
