Theirs is small.... but far away.

Yours would be at your house, so large.

How big are feathers? I'd imagine 2' long.

Well, tbh, he hasn't grown any proper ones yet, but they are long when in, over a metre....I have a few from other birds in the past.

I've seen really good feather lampshades in the past from pheasant and guinea fowl too, less bright in colour, very good in more traditional settings.

Quit, hook up a caravan and go to stay at LIR's..... who has lots of room and jobs that need doing.

That would be fun. I could teach lj to read in the bath without splashing too....invite him over to the dark side. :D

I actually like that. I don't think Dh would though. And, I'd want it bigger.

    I just want it.

    But not at that price!

    Who writes these descriptions:
    Naturally Superior Twig Chandelier
Handcrafted from reclaimed hickory branches and twigs, this 6 light twig chandelier adds the perfect amount of "green" and rustic charm. In addition to being so naturally stylish, this chandelier is superior to most natural twig fixtures due to the fact that hickory bark will not shed as it dries. Sizes will vary slightly.

    Love this bit:
Freight items are curbside delivery Please call for white glove service.

I wonder, does anyone have a rec for a posh London restaurant that does a fabulous MSE lunch deal for a friend's birthday tomorrow?

    I'm just turning circles here.
