Well that would be me then!
Sorry i ticked the box for "no publicity" so you're not getting a pic. I can however assure you that it is not the outside that matters - my arteries are F*cked but they are nicely hidden, only the cardiac surgeon's embroidery visible on arm,leg and chest.
You know, I'd rather die from eating butter than from eating the m word (which I can't even say it upsets me so).0 -
What a day

Glad some nice people have had good ones. I spend all year complaining about (well actually enjoying) only working 2 days a week and now given the chance to do more all I can think is what a pain it is and how much other stuff I have to do which I can no longer see how I will find time for...I think....0 -

Margarine? We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.

Can I steer NPs to a connection from Ben Goldacre's website for a free downloadable book (as a pdf) about evidence-based medicine

We didn't have butter when I was growing up, everything was marg. I rarely buy butter, if you're used to one thing then anything different isn't always likeable.lostinrates wrote: »You know, I'd rather die from eating butter than from eating the m word (which I can't even say it upsets me so).
Butter was too expensive, especially after the shortages in the 70s - so everything was cooked in Stork margarine; we even cooked our chips in it. Big blocks of Stork in the fridge for sandwiches, chips, for anything and everything.0 -
