So .......
I saw him briefly in the corridor this morning, almost bumped into him and he just smiled and muttered hi, looked very pre-occupied and not himself. Decided to myself that he was feeling awkward cos of the text I sent on thursday so wasn't feeling great ...
Anyway, later on I was wondering along and saw him coming towards me in the corridor. He gave me a big smile and I said hi and asked if he knew when he needed me to do the witness statement thing he mentioned last week ... He stopped and said he wasn't sure I needed to do it still, he's spent 4 days working on this report and found out this morning he may not have needed to do it after all, hence explaining the moody look earlier. He said he should know by tonight and will let me know one way or the other. Just as I started to walk away he said "Oh, and I got your text ... I can't do this weekend as I'm on the school trip but I'm free next weekend if you are??" OH YES I'M FREE
Absolutely made my day :j :j I actually think it hadn't crossed his mind at all to reply by text, he doesn't seem very au fait with texting so maybe he just prefers to talk face-to-face, but he doesn't seem to understand how confusing that can be in dating termsBut however, he did seem very keen to go for another drink :T That weekend is the one we break up so we will all be out on the friday anyway for end of term night, so not sure whether that will be when I see him and/or whether it will be some time over the weekend, sooo bloody excited though, and after a weekend of eating crap I can now say the diet is very much back on
