  • Not confused, I just always look like this :p!

If the prom is first and you can't wear what you already have, then I think I'd go with the black one. Especially as it will then be used for the evening do also.

But the brown one is sooooo lovely too (back to not helping and equally rubbish at making decisions!).

I have no idea what you should wear, they are both lovely, but have found about 15 dresses that I like!

i personally like the brown as it is more summery and i always go for black so would fancy something different.

could you buy the brown one and look for something very similar to the black one on eb8y for half the price? Or had you best buy both? If you do well with your eb8y sales, could you treat yourself? They both look like good investment pieces, vintage is always a good look.:o

I love both of those dresses and several others I saw on the site! If you already have a black dress that you can wear to one of the weddings then I'd say brown but black is so versatile... sorry!

Lol yep you are helping I think ... at least I know my taste in dresses isn't too bad :rotfl:

I had forgotten I bought a dress on ebay last week that hasn't yet arrived :o Its a Coast long brown one, would be great for the ball if it fits / looks nice, so thats steering me more towards the brown spotty one for weddings. I do love the black one but think the brown might look better as I'm so [STRIKE]pasty[/STRIKE] pale ;)

Just got back from the train station, now ds is outside playing on his skateboard :) and I'm about to have some computer time followed by the ironing
