They have the medical room but obviously thats just if you are ill, otherwise they are not encouraged to go inside. This weekend he has been absolutely lovely, hoping it lasts all week :)

£5 profit from a games offer, plus ds school lunches account wasn't as bad as I thought, so thats £9 left over from there and a £10 tesco giftcard I'd forgotten about in my purse too :) So the £5 will go in the mortgage pot, the £10 and £9 will go towards the drama club fees.

Went to Sainsburys after work and spent £41 which will come out of Febs food budget :D Heatings going back on again tonight, hot baths and staying warm indoors is the plan ;)

Caught up on last weeks Biggest Loser, sooo annoyed they sent Laura home she was doing really well, I really don't like Jessie and Gerard, they come across as spiteful and lazy

Have also made an overpayment on the mortgage from the money sat in the savings pot (can make a bigger overpayment in January each year), and have also remembered another £5 I spent at the weekend, so altogether I have got £23 left over to go towards the drama club fees.

Looking forward to a new month, its nice to get to the end of one and not have to rob from one pot or another to make everything balance :) A bit gutted not to quite reach my January challenge amount, although I have got much closer than I realistically expected to :T

    :T

Oooh yes we said the same....they even blatantly said that the reason they saved each other was as they were friends. Saw on the preview of tomorrow's episode that the trainer guy was not impressed, good;)
I feel sorry for Gerard's girlfriend, think he's driving her mad!
I really need to sort out a new signature!

    Hi Ben ben,

just catching up, always glad when januarys out of the way, think this goes back to when i was paid on the last working day of the month which was a nightmare in january. Glad you managed to have some left in the pot at the end of the month, definately not going shopping this friday as i have loads in the freezer, think it will be going on strike if i attempt to put anymore in. Just made some homemade tea cakes will have to eat them all as no room in the freezer for them shame and the only way to eat them as my mum used to say is with "real butter",sorry about that for those of you trying to lose weight. Just read an article think it was in the daily mail that said once you are in your 40's and carry on eating like you did in your 30's then you will put on about 40lbs. No hope for me as i'm at the other end of my 40's heading towards my 50's.xx

  • been away all weekend and just back, so not sure on the weight loss, i think i had lost 6lbs but hven't had any alcohol still, but ate a few things that were offered that i had no choice (i.e. lasgane for 2 meals) but avoided the bread and the puddings,
hoping i will have just maintained this week, so i will weigh tomorrow morning and will have either 4 or 5lbs to lose in february to get me to the 10lbs loss. i will be very pleased with that if i can do it, but not cooking for myself for 2 of the weeks which does make it harder.
