Woohoo, lots of us up for a challenge then
We went for a walk in the forest this afternoon after all, took mums dog with us, it was so muddy and wet, then began raining, so we all got soaked  Came home and had a nice hot bath and put pj's on already, so looking forward to a nice chilled evening. Dinner is nearly ready (roast), then I promised ds we'll play a game after dinner.

Ideally I would like to see 10 stone 3 again, I think any more would not be good - there comes an age where you have to choose between your bum and your face and I don't want to look super slim but haggard! ooh, I so agree with this!!
I got down to 9st 7 last year, and stayed there easily for a good 6 months or so, but when I looked at photgraphs I looked fab in my jeans, but old in my face. I had dark sunken circles around my eyes and it really was not a good look!
I went up to 10st 3 at the beginning of this year, but because I combined it with exercise - running the marathon and enjoying going to the gym, I stayed in my size 10 jeans, but actually have a far better shape, and because I am eating just that little bit more, my face doesn't look quite so old (most of the time, at least!!).
So yes, whilst it was lovely to be under 10st, I really am happier at just over 10st, and really believe I look better for it!!
Good luck everyone - I won't be joining in, because my aim is just to remain at the weight I have been for the last 10 months or so.....but as some of you will know, I have dieted for most of my adult life, so am right there with you in support !!!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Its really interesting you guys say that, crouchy has taken some before and after photos for me, well I say after, I mean work in progress
, and anyway, I was originally aiming to get to 9 st 7lbs but have been thinking that I will probably be happy at 10 stone. For me it is now about toning up as well as losing the last 10-ish lbs. If I can get that gone by the end of January then I can always try and lose a fe more before the holiday in the summer, purely in the name of comfort in wearing a bikini
, but my official ww goal is 10 stone, so I will be happy if I can get there.
