Christmas decorations all put away for another year; just got to take the tree down to the garage when the rain stops. Time for a quick coffee then off to think of some more new year plans. Comping will definitely feature in there somewhere, its one of those things I always mean to do more of but waste too much time just generally mooching online rather than comping. I think I will aim to enter 10 comps a day, that shouldn't take very long at all, and then some days when I have the time I can blitz a chunk more than that too :)

Got sidetracked on the way to the kettle and have emptied, decluttered, hoovered and refilled the hall cupboard. Things are slowly starting to come together indoors now, although it doesn't look great as there is Lego / Hornby / buses etc everywhere on the floor in the lounge and ds bedroom, but he is playing quite happily so I won't say anything, just will tidy them all away later when he's in the bath :)

The rain doesn't show any signs of stopping today, despite the weatherman yesterday saying there would be no rain here today  Never mind, I'm getting several pottling bits done, I really must crack on with my tax return though, another of those things I put off and put off until the last minute :o

Am looking forward to getting back to WW once all this xmas/new year stuff is out the way. I am thinking of making a super duper effort in January to kickstart it all again, currently I am 10 st 9.5lbs, and I want to get to 10 st by the end of January. This would mean I am at my official WW goal (and therefore would save £20 a month there ;)), but also psychologically would be a huge boost for me.

So, I am thinking of January being a major effort ...

    (a) properly counting ww points again
    (b) 30 day shred
    (c) not biting my nails
    (d) no chocolate (other than ww bars within my points)

Anyone else mad enough to join me?? :o:o

I am mad enough - nails aren't a problem but am currently 11stone 11:eek: My heaviest ever, so will be with you, shredding, doing ww (online) and only eating Cadbury creme eggs as part of my ww points ;)

I'll join you in the weight loss. I work in a gym so I'm aiming to go 3 evenings a week once I've finished work and I'm going to re-start Shred again on 1st Jan.
I have about a stone to get off. I'm at the heaviest I've ever been (excluding pregnancy) and I have a wedding in November that I need to look fab for :)

I'm glad you said you have put the Christmas decorations away, because ours are driving me potty.Thought if i took them down, i might be the only one to do so early.Anyway, i have decided they are coming down later.
  • I'll join you with the WW challenge. My first goal is to finally get to 10% so that is another 4 pounds, so then will set my proper goal weight. Not going to get there in January alone though, far too much to lose. I'll probably aim for a stone in January. Can't do shred as not enough room and no DVD player, but will do more exercise and will point properly.
