Hmmm could it be the language barrier or the "I am not understanding you" that accompanies all such requests. Hoping that this time round we can enforce maternity leave. Shes barely been in work for the past month as it is.
Found a basket of wet laundry I thought I'd dried yesterday. I'm convinced the stuff breeds.
Do a risk assessment. Also if she is within the time she can start her leave and she cant work cos she is pregnant then she has to start her leave. My TA had her leave enforced because she had to rest up and she was 4 weeks off starting her leave; she didnt want to go but Head did the risk assessment and she had no option. Just how illegal is this person anyway........what is your Head/LEA thinking of?!Be the change you want to see -with apologies to Gandhi

Shes perfectly legit... it just took her a while to locate the appropriate bit of paperwork which turned out to be a rubber stamp in a passport.Saving for a Spinning Wheel and other random splurges : £183.500 -
and so I've started on my first ever sock and having completely and utterly screwed it up I'll be starting it all over again tomorrow. At least I know now what I was doing wrong (no... knitting socks is not the answer to that one!) The instructions are rather confusing until you figure out what they actually mean. Its like learning a whole new language, one complicated by something akin to knitting dental floss with cocktail sticks. Its rather fun though in a slightly bonkers way.Saving for a Spinning Wheel and other random splurges : £183.500

But thats £1.80 more than I'd have if I didn't get my bum in gear and thats a good chunk of the way to a ball of sockie yarn though obviously not one from Black Cat Fibres or some other equally tempting place.Saving for a Spinning Wheel and other random splurges : £183.500 -
Cashed in my clothes making me a whopping £12.50 richer. In the process unearthed a bag of kindling and several spiders.
Whilst out and about I pre-empted the illuminating of the red light of doom and slopped £55 of diesel into the gas guzzler. I then ventured forth into the hallowed hallsof Mr A for milk, just milk and left £12 lighter with enough Oat So Simple to keep OH in porridge for the majority of the winter. My next stop was the feed merchants for £32 worth of chicken pellets and doggie chow and finally a quick detour via the vets which saw a further £33 exit my bank account to prevent the old dear from peeing on the floor for the next three months. Total expenditure £132 so far today..... which means I've spent £272.50 so far this month even though its only 36 hours since the month officially started. Clearly I'm crap at the frugal malarky.
Having an early lunch before tackling the scene of devastation that was formerly my kitchen. After that I can remove the clamps from the cupboard door I repaired yesterday by pouring shed loads of glue into the disintegrated bits and clamping it all together.
Have my first bid on E-bay. All £3.50 of it. Whooppeeeeeee.Saving for a Spinning Wheel and other random splurges : £183.500 -
