Asos bargains

got mine today and im really pleased, only thing wrong was the items seemed a bit dusty, but out came the polish, and looked as good as new.
really pleased for the price i paid but had i had paid the full price would be sending them back

I thought the same but in my order I received some manicure kits and some pedicure kits - so it was obviously a description of both items!

I received my items today , 2 manicure kits . The external box was battered and when I opened the box one set was totally ruined but the strange thing is the box was really faded as if it had been in the sun ??? Very odd , the second box was slightly faded but otherwise intact.
I emailed customer service and had a reply within the hour to apologise and refund was being processed and giving me a 10% discount on next order ...but I can't help wondering why the sun damage ? There is no mention on their website that the items are seconds but they clearly are .....

Just received mine they were utterly ruined was hoping to use one for a present for next week so going to have to go buy something else, really annoyed. One box was completely open, courier said several times he has told the company the packaging needs to be better, not sure if he was just being nice as he could see I was annoyed at how they had arrived.

Just about every order I have had delivered from asos (when order contained beauty items) has been in a flimsy cardboard box which has been opened/damaged when I receive it and quite often the contents damaged x

Same, I think if everyone who receives a damaged parcel complains and sends an e-mail then eventually they will have received so many complaints on items which are being damaged due to flimsy packaging. They will hopefully get their act together and offer a very basic service which should be expected anyway.
