yes, for example i put in the code and for some reason at first the payment screen wouldnt show, by the time i got to put in payment details the code had gone and i couldnt put it in again so without succesfully using it i couldnt use it again - still a great buy for £4.40 though.

I noticed it came back into stock and so ordered one. By the time I came to post here that it was back, it's gone again. So keep checking.
