just phoned customer service as my order still says processing from 15th, been told it was lost and i will get a refund and 10% off code as it is now out of stock, don't see how it was lost if it hasen't even been despatched

Just for future reference, would you have the number? I have contacted them so many times via email trying to sort out issues and even asked them for their number once to try and move things along only to be told 'we are an internet company so we don't have a landline, all enquiries are dealt with via the internet'. :mad: I'd be really grateful if you still had the number to hand? (if you're not comfortable posting it could you maybe pm it?) Please!

I received mine this morning too. Extremely pleased for that price, but would never in a million years have paid £25.00 though.

Mine was in perfect condition and came in a hugggggge box. It must have cost at least the price I paid to send it.

Thanks for posting OP, I ordered the Manicure kit and received it yesterday. The box was in perfect condition as well, it was packed in a really big box! It's lovely

Funny though, the Asos description said it should contain:

Cotton Socks With 50ml Foot Lotion
50ml Foot Scrub
100ml Foot Soak
50g Foot Bath Fizzers
Cotton Gloves With 50ml Hand And Nail Cream
100ml Hand And Nail Wash
50ml Hand Scrub

But I didn't get any foot stuff! I went by the picture when I bought it so I'm not disappointed (well my feet are ) but still a bit strange.
