Just wondered when people who have had delivery placed there orders? I ordered on the 16th and mine are still showing as order processing.

I received my orders today, the 4 x manicure sets I ordered are lovely. However the 2 x the big sets were delivered to me with there packaging all smashed up and the contents had fell out into the parcel box!! Very disappointed . And ive noticed theyve put the prices up on these items now

I have just had one of the large sets and a manicure set delivered, all the top of the packaging is split and broken so bit disappointed but the manicure set is lovely, I will be e mailing them to complain about packaging as they did not mention they were seconds or anything when I ordered them.

Got both my sets today, plastic all cracked on the hat box set and items all jumbled up but they are both a great buy

ive emailed them and got a reply and they've just said to return them and not sure if they can replace them they would have been perfect gifts if they werent broken
