Worked with Always for me todaySome people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass0 -

Does this mean if you bough H&B for £16.80 you can use 3 x £1.25 vouchers at the same time? I thought the till will only take 1 per transaction (even if the SA is willing to put them through)
Am I wrong?
I think you just have to cross your fingers and hope you're wrong. I have had a lot of success using more than one voucher per transaction, but on occasion they have been refused.;)Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times and I'll smash your face in.0 -
Thank you Isabelle & Kronen for your help. Would you mind having another go for me with 4 or 6 bottles of Pantene please? I don't mind what else I buy with it because I am collecting bottles for the bottle stall at the school May Fayre and I am sure they will be happy to receive anything.Fool me once, shame on you. Harrietxxx wrote:I did look but probably missed it and thought someone could just enlighten me quickly as we are all normally helpful on here,
Sorry Harrietxxx I seem to have offended you. I was trying to be be helpful. I had searched the thread for you looking for references to tampons/towels and post 950 and those following discussed the issue with various posts. I was trying to point you to the place you could read various other peoples experiences to fully answer your question. I like the fact that this thread is helpful and I was trying to give something back to it.The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
leadhead wrote:But surely out of the 20 or 30 checkouts in your store, and the fact they possibly change staff every 6 hours, surely theres someone that will allow you more than that.......
Tesco isn't my normal shop, its out of the way but i go there for the voucher dealsOf the 8-9 times I've been there before I've only managed to use 2 of same voucher once, and that was on self scan, and then I'd only managed it because the SA wasn't around to see me add it and it was low value (40p each)... he then hovered and barely let me add my other (different vouchers) saying they had exceeded, wouldn't be allowed, etc etc. All times at tills I've tried sneaking 2 of one voucher type in, but each time they sort them before scanning and refuse to put them through. One refused to put a £1.25 toiletry voucher through as i'd used a £1.25 beauty :mad: since i can only go after work, it tends to be the same SA's doing the same shifts anyway.
Think I'll bulk up on some bath stuff, if it's free i'll do it, can give the bottles to a womens aid shelter or leave them as anonymous gifts for neighbours :rotfl: random acts of kindness....!:rotfl:0 -

8 bottles of pantene = £5.92x4 = £23.68
Buy something to hit £25.00
Then use 3 x£2.00 B&T
5x£1.25 Toil'
5x£1.25 Beauty
Coupons -£18.50
Multibuy - £7.68
Discount total £26.18
Good luck in handing that many vouchers over in one hit, & choose different pantenes or they may stop you for bulk buy of 6.0 -
Ive picked up a few quit packs today if anyone wants any or to swap any A SAE would be appreciated
Some had the vouchers in & some didnt0 -
6 bottles of pantene = £5.92x3 = £17.76
2xB&T = - £4.00
3xB = - £3.75
3xT = - £3.75
Multibuy -£4.76
Total - £15.26
£2.50 to pay.
Perhaps better as you've got more vouchers left to do again.0 -
