    Couponing....."every little hurts"

  • I have lots of colgate, healthcare, exercise and £6 clothing vouchers from the quit kits if anyone needs any please pm me.
Also who was the lady looking for the stickers from them, I have loads of these too.
Real men never follow instructions; after all they are just the manufacturer's opinion on how to put something together. :p

Can anybody confirm this has happened to them?

I purchased 4 of the new Dove shower/shave cream today at £2.19 each.

Tried to use the usual £2 HB, £1.25 beauty QK, £1.25 toiletry QK, the beauty one wouldn't scan. I don't mind too much as I used other little vouchers totalling 90p so not bad.

I also did a second transaction of colgate toothpaste and palmolive shower gel and the above coupons worked fine.

Trying to get rid of all my March coupons!! (little 25p and 35p ones) I have about 18 left!! Urgh, I can feel more Tesco shopping coming on!

  • i have a few full sheets of the quit vouchers available to swop if any ones interested pm me cheers;)

I bought Dove Shower/shave and Radox, (£25 before bogof) and both sets of coupons worked(10 in total).......but.......I bought Palmolive on another transaction, and the beauty was "till rejected".

Could anyone confirm if the below combo will work

    4 Dove Spray Deodorant = 6.32 (5.00 after discount - on offer at 2 for £2.50)
    4 x Radox = 6.32 (less 1.98 till mistake)
    Total before discount = 12.64
    Total After Discount = 7.36

    Use

    2 x £1.25 QK Beauty
    2 x £1.25 QK Toiletries
    1 x £2.00

    Leaving 36p to pay..

You may find that the Dove deodorant is an either/or (not sure which)

You can definately use one of each with the Radox, but it may only let you use one for the Dove..........(not sure which)

Otherwise your sums are ok..........but spend another £3.36 min on say Radox(to make your total £16) and you can use another 2(one of each) and another £2 one

    buy 5 £1.58 Radox and 1 £1.98 one

    2 Dove £6.32.................£5
    6 Radox £9.88................£3.94

    total £16.20.....................£8.94

    5(if Dove is only either/or) x £1.25 + 2 x£2(off £8) = £10.25 off your £8.94 shop.

You've also got the luxury here, that even if another £1.25 fails....youve still got it all for nothing...........

Always try to spend the amount that gives you the most coupon usage.....eg

if all your items accept both coupons..........

    £14 usually allows you to use 4 x £1.25 and 1 x £2......but

    £15 usually allows you to use 6 x £1.25 and 1 x £2.......but

    £16 usually allows you to use 6 x £1.25 and 2 x £2.........so for an extra £2 on the £14.....youve used 2 x £1.25 and a £2..........its like buying cheap money.........luvlee jublee.

Hope this helps everyone trying to maximise their coupon use.

PS neosi......just realised I answered a similar question to this(Lynx and Colgate) on the H&B thread last week, which you didn't acknowledge.
