Harrietxxx, I think you do have to buy plax.
Always come under toiletries not healthcare. Think you would use 1x £1.25 toiletry. Not sure if beauty would go through.
Try & get yourself some £2.00 off £8.00 spend on beauty & toiletries. I found them near the makeup.0 -
I need help with the maths again
I would like to buy some Pantene shampoo & conditioner. They are £2.96 each or 2 for £4. I guess it would be wise to combine with either the BOGOF Radox glitch or the Colgate BOGOF with Colgate 40p off vouchers to make the biggest saving, but I can't work out how many I need to buy or how much I need to spend.
I have £1.25 toiletries, £1.25 beauty, 40p Colgate, and £2 beauty or toiletries vouchers. Please help.Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times and I'll smash your face in.0 -
Dustykitten wrote:wwisaww - did you use cashier or self scan - whenever I use 2 coupons the same in a transaction even when the maths is right and it is over the amount the tills refuse. Nice Cashiers try them but say that till stops more than one of a kind?
Think this is directed at me lol
I used a young male cashier. If he was any more laid back, hed probably fall over :rotfl:. I had been to him before so I knew hed scan them all.
I cant really answer your question about using more than one of the same kind, I and I know many others have never had this problem. I dont know how it works, maybe the tills are slightly different in your tesco? That doesnt really sound right though, I really dont know.
The only thing ive ever seen that could apply is that sometimes the till doesnt like it if the same kind are right next to each other in the scan order, I always make sure no two of the same next to each other just in case.

Hey done some quick maths for you
Not sure what other sort of things you are after but if wanted more shampoo you could do
2x Pantene - 5.92
2x VO5 - 3.88
Add some small 20p item to make up to £10 (I picked up a 18p toothbrush once to make up my total, came in handy when my 9 year old sisters 'fell' in the bin)
Total - £10
- £1.92 (2 for £4 offer)
- £1.94 (BOGOF)
- £1.25 x 2 (QK toiletry)
- £1.25 x 2 (QK beauty)
- £2 (beauty and toiletry voucher)
= -0.86 off your other shopping
If you tell me what other stuff you were after I'll try and help you a bit more if you want

Does this mean if you bough H&B for £16.80 you can use 3 x £1.25 vouchers at the same time? I thought the till will only take 1 per transaction (even if the SA is willing to put them through)
Am I wrong?0
