OK just in case they do return, can people who have received theirs answer some questions please, namely:
1.Is it the 3-cell battery version and what running time are you getting
2.Is it a matt or glossy screen
3.Does the trackpad utilise finger gestures, eg a tap instead of clicking enter, two fingers for scrolling down etc.
4.Does closing the lid crash the 3G internet connection when using a dongle. (Aszus Eee does, meaning I have to
transport it open from platform to train otherwise waste up to 5 minutes reconnecting 3 mobile broadband.)

ordered Saturday just recieved and in fact writing this message on it very oleased very easy to install best bargain I had for a while. The keyboard is a very generous size for a net book and its so much lighter than my laptop so overall a very good buy

Jst got mine today..very nice i must say..alot faster than i thought it would be for a 1gb ram..and as theres no dvd drive, how do we install the Bull guard if we have no external hard drive..also the shop assistant said something about it protecting several pc/laptops in the house..hope someone can shed light on my "dilemmas"..plus can anyone tell me if its a 3 cell or 6 cell battery?

Presuming it has come as a CD I presume you should be able to download the software onto a memory card using a PC then install it from the card. Is it Windows 7 starter, and is there a recovery CD for that OS? The licence should cover all the computers at your home, although they may have to be networked together. Charge the battery up fully then tell us how long it lasts, and what you were running during that period.
