Stick with it, Tell them it CAN be done on the phone as a few of your friends Just have placed orders for free home delivery. You may be put on hold 6 times but they get there in the end. Ask to be put through to sales and speak to a manager if you need to. My first phonecall was impossible, the guy ssaid the only one available was on a pay monthly thing. G'Luck!

Managed to get one thanks OP had to go through a few different departments as the first two couldn't find it on the system. Anyhow very pleased I have been after one with a decent spec for a while to take away with me on hols.
Delivery is Tuesday and free so good deal:j
