Presuming it has come as a CD I presume you should be able to download the software onto a memory card using a PC then install it from the card. Is it Windows 7 starter, and is there a recovery CD for that OS? The licence should cover all the computers at your home, although they may have to be networked together. Charge the battery up fully then tell us how long it lasts, and what you were running during that period.
I also received my netbook today, the bull guard security that came with it can be installed without the disc, it has the details inside. how to install bullguard when you have a computer with no cd drive. i have installed it on 3 laptops today it took about 5minutes per laptop. :o sorry nuttseagull i meant to quote dibzzy.... this 10" screen is a bit small compared to my other but i suppose id better get used to it. its like a rugby scrum in our house fighting over who gets the laptop .....

If the deal isn't on Amazon/tesco/asda/massive company then it is automatically assumed that you're trying to rob people!! this has to change.
It doesn't need to change. Abuse department are fairly good at working out what's spam and what isn't. Maybe ask a friend that doesn't work for the same company whether they are prepared to post it on your behalf next time.
Thanks to all who post constructively.

Collected mine yesterday....(well actually OH collected it as its hers). Have stripped the McAfee off it and put AVG etc on...(anybody wanna buy a copy of the security software for a tenner...lol). As I got such a bargain I might even upgrade the RAM. Didnt check it properly last night but when i was looking for these previously I'm sure it was about £16 to double the memory to 2Gb.

Updated the post guys with a new netbook and a discounted blackberry. You might want to give it a few days this time before posting it on HUKD as I want the folks at MSE to get first pickings.
