Argh, I'm too slow! Agree with Dinah about selling the sewy/knitty stuff Tete! :)

Very exciting about the supplier Dinah! When do we get to see?!

I remember the legend of NIM....:)

SNAP! That's why I won't be buying any white jeans!

That's just one of many reasons I won't be buying white jeans!Another is the black cat hairs! But I think Cinny could pull it off :D

Mine do that it's so annoying - always forst thing in the morning so the first thing you have to do in the day is clear up mingy hairballs :(

Ah, I got it as soon as I walked in from work last night. It had kibbles in it :(

But then I opened my Etsy shoppe the other night so you never know [EDIT, crossed posts - yes Dinah I have! :D]

I think you need an etsy shop with some of your sewn things - you're really skilled and I've been after one of those little stuffed cats ever since they were on your blog months ago.

Do we have a link to your Etsy shop, Tete? Well done! And I second Dinah - you could easily sell things like those cute cats or travel card holders, if it's worth your while?

Got a call off my supplier this morning, running off packaging today for me to okay it or say no and make changes, then hoping to produce the first ones on Monday as he wants to take them with him to the National Trust on Tuesday. Which is beyond exciting as getting into such a huge organisation would be the making of the business.

Wow that would be amazing! So you'll get your sticky mitts on them next week?

LOL, as far as I can remember it was when he was at yours one weekend (or you were at his...) and you were giving us a sneaky update whilst he was in the shower and you told us that the Naked Irish Man said hello... and of course we picked up on this and called him it and thus the name stuck! :) I even think at one point we tried to say that the N stood for Nice, but no-one bought it! :rotfl:

I shall have a look at the guide thingy, or ask OH to do it! We're quite sad about switching everything off at the plug on a night now, forgot last night and felt really bad this morning!

Ha Starnac that's so funny! Not so nice after all! Legend in his own living room!

I'm not so sure about my photos really - I don't think they're that great but thought I'd set something up with the press release going out about the competition - seemed a shame to waste the opportunity. Would love to get a little sewy shop opened, it's just a matter of building up some stock and I don't seem to ever get the time to do stuff like that.

That's really exciting about the NT - hope it works out!

EDIT- meant to say I'm looking for unfurnished really, what with the cats and their spewing/scratching tendencies ... though it'll be a nightmare as I only have the tiny car. Would buy things on ebay etc but it's transporting them... I have money saved up already for fees and setting up costs and have been stockpiling things like washing powder by using BOGOFs etc...

Hi to all the new people! And to Starnac who I know well from my own diary and other threads. Are you joining the challenge Starnac?

Dinah - I will send the proper ticker later on. Haven't had a chance to do it yet.

I got my mobile phone bill today and because it is £22 cheaper than usual (due to me using fishtext for international texts) I am going to pay £22 off OH's credit card.

Can you update that for me when you get a chance Dinah. I think my input will come from money made on AQA, mobile phone savings and contact lenses savings. I am not too good at cutting down on food expenditure but will try!
