Everyone knew who was gonna get it well in advance though, shes been effectivly doing the job for about a year now.

Sounds awful CMD, they shouldn't be putting so much pressure on you especially as you are pregnant. Just think it is not long till you will be off.

Can anyone help me on how to update my ticker. I tried putting the url in and it just came up with a pic, nothing i can update?

click on your ticker on the front page. it'll take you to the website. Put in your PIN then you can update it there. Click save and it'll automatically change on the first page of this thread.

The thing is that her boss is worse so I would get no joy from him.

I just feel so wrecked and she is always focussing on what I haven't done rather than what I have.

I don't even feel like running this 2 day event now and I am too upset to ring her and have it out with her.

I know it isn't good for me Max or the baby. I just feel so helpless as to what to do. If I could get a doctors appointment now I would walk in there and get signed off but they only do morning appointments. That's how stressed I feel.
