You can only click "New report" to generate a new one once per day.
You should be able to view the ones already generated under "List report" more than a few times though? I can at least?Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

From "Member Home" I click the "View Your Credit Report" button next to the "View Your Credit Score" button. Now I have two credit reports listed, one for today and one for yesterday. I've been nowhere near the "New Report" button.
Confusing much?0 -
I think the "View your credit report" link/button does the same thing as the "New report" tab. i.e. generates a fresh report on the data they have today.
But yes, confusing. becasue if you've done that once already today, if will complain.
If you go to the list reports tab/link you should be able to find todays by date and view it as often as you need. I can anyway.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

The Call Credit Check report seems a but pointless anyway, because not all lenders have reported to them. I'm missing a handful of accounts I'd seen on my Experian report at the start of the year, they were nowhere near dropping off either.
It's frustrating that you have to check 3 separate CRA's to get a proper picture of your financial situation and history.0 -

Not very clear, I assumed I was viewing the report already generated. Oh well, I've not been charged for anything so I'll use the list reports button from now on. Cheers0 -
I must admit that I'm surprised, but I am seeing every account on the callcredit report. Nothing is missing.
Obviously highly dependent on who your lenders are/were, so that may be an atypical experience.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

But remember you can click the new report tab once a day to add a new one for today to the list.
Why they can't just automatically generate a fresh report when you log in, god knows?Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

I've just seen that each associated address has a separate report, and you can click on the red link for each address to see what is registered there. I found all my old accounts.
Should have had a proper play around before commenting really0 -
