Grrrrrr, this is really frustrating now.........
I have just sent an email off to their customer services about it but no doubt that will take an eternity to get replied to. I just don't get it. I have even googled Noddle and tried to access it that way but still the same result, - unable to connect to noddle.co.uk. Things like this really do my head in!!!!! AAARRRRGH!!!!!0 -
I got their email saying they'd be adding me to the trial set as well ... but since then nothing ... boo.0

Noddle is working fine for me, like the new look and layout, but as boogiemaster said, i find that their info is about a month behind that of experian or equifax, but its free, so cant complainDebt free and staying that way! :beer:0

Still can't access Noddle, it just says "Connecting" and never does anything else.
However, I can still use mycallcredit and I can see searches done in the past week.0 -

Looks like you're in the same boat as me Gromitt and we'll just have to wait, I hope they refund our fee, what was it this month £50 wasn't it Gromitt????
I can also access callcredit but wanted to see this new look Noddle site.0 -
Finally been able to log in to the new look Noddle and I have to say I am impressed with it. There is much more information available now than there was on the previous format and all for FREE, just as it should be.
So now for the questions............
All this information that is available now on your report, is that the same in depth information that any prospective lender sees on a credit check?
ie, all the payment history, amounts paid every month statement balance, account balance etc.
I only ask as if it is, then I think they get to see too much, shouldn't they just be aware whether your up to date with your payments and how many accounts you have?
how do lenders assess how much credit to give you? I have £1050 available to me through my cards and unused o/d, with an income of about £16500 a year, so is that classed as a small amount or not?
Lastly if and when I next apply for credit, I have a query about what to put about my bank. I have been with Halifax for over 4 years now but my report only shows me as having a bank account with them since July 2011, which is when they allowed me to open a current account. So should I be using that or the actual time with the bank?0 -

Signed up for the free service a week or two ago; was told I had to wait for an invitation link, due to the high volumes.
Just received the email today inviting me to sign up for the free service. The link is not personalised in any way so anyone else who is waiting may also be able to use it straight away: https://www.noddle.co.uk/signup?source=register
The signup page makes it clear that the credit card information is purely for information and will not be charged. I'd advise anyone to take a screen print as evidence.
One other thing - It will refuse to accept the new barclaycards issued to replace egg cards recently. It will tell you that as you have failed the automatic verification process you'll have to wait for another invite. Ignore that. Just re-start the process and use another card and it will work fine.We need the earth for food, water, and shelter.

Hi all, trying to register at Noddle but where you put your card number in it only has the options Visa and Mastercard...I only have a Maestro card, does this mean I won't be able to complete my registration?0

Is there a pull down somewhere where it says "credit" or "debit" card.
You are paying by debit card but appear to have the options for credit cards.
Check for an option somewhere.0
