Hurdler's Race to be Mortgage-Free

Long day with the financial advisor but I showed him the spreadsheet house and he advised that I also should keep an eye on payments into the BTL in a similar way - just because eventually it will be become an income generating property instead of just covering itself so I will have a while estate of houses in my next OP post!
Did almost everything I wanted to do today - was so tired not having slept well last night ... So going to shut down the PC and Laptop and chill out watching more of my Killing box set - it's the Danish version so normally a couple of hours is enough to make me feel tired with the concentration.
Tennis and all day cover on my own tomorrow so a solid 10 hour day ahead of me on Weds and Thurs ...- Mortgage @ March 2008: £194,965 ; Lightbulb Moment: July 2011: £164,926; End Date: March 2033

Wishing you restful sleep. X0

Better night's sleep, right knee very grumbly after tennis, and a NSD ruined as I had to nip out for milk for cereal.
But all that went out the window as...
I HAVE BEEN ACCREDITED AS PRESS FOR WIMBLEDON THIS YEAR!
Too much? Ok then :j - Mortgage @ March 2008: £194,965 ; Lightbulb Moment: July 2011: £164,926; End Date: March 2033

Great news :T:T:T:T:TA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

That's brilliant new Hurdler, really pleased for you :j
Ahh, Wimbledon, used to go for many years for the semi's and finals, great memories but me and tennis fell out a bit as I don't seem to enjoy all these short power shot rallies we seem to have now, I miss all the old characters and the greats

I know what you mean - thankfully there is a little more variety these days but then - I no longer watch tennis, I watch forehands, and backhands down the line and oooh look that forehand is breaking down as another is dumped in the net!- Mortgage @ March 2008: £194,965 ; Lightbulb Moment: July 2011: £164,926; End Date: March 2033

So - today was Operation Work-Out-Cheaper-Parking-For-Gym
Parked at the car park a little further from the nearer, newly improved and thus more expensive Sainsbos car park.
PRO - £1 an hour instead of £1.50 and no time limit (versus 2 hours only at Sainsbos).
CON - Opens 30 mins after the gym opens.
Timed the walk to the gym from the carpark (just about 10 mins)
Timed the gym session (just over 1hr 30 mins incl. shower at the end)
Timed the walk back (just under 10 mins)
With my current session (which WILL be increasing) I could just about make it there and back at the nearer car park but would pay £1 extra for privilege!
Will walk a teeny bit further and get the extra FitBit steps which makes it easier to hit 7000 steps a day - have linked the fitbit to a rewards program called Bounts and I get points that eventually convert to money off vouchers for almost everywhere on the high street.
Also have linked it to Foursquare for the gym and tennis - more points.
Bit convuluted money-saving but hey ho!- Mortgage @ March 2008: £194,965 ; Lightbulb Moment: July 2011: £164,926; End Date: March 2033
