Vodafone withholding contract information on it's website

Can an *official* vodafone representative, who is openly on the vodafone payrole and represents the companies views/company policies please answer my two questions?
Why has this hugely important help page been broken for at least the last 2 months?
And more importantly - why are exact contract start/end dates not available on in the "My account" section of the vodafone website?0 -

This is not an official support site although you may get an answer if you want an official answer ask on vodafones official site.
However they will not talk to you about you contract in an open forum but by email/pm for xecurity.
However the fastest way is to call 1910 -

If you have your first bill it will show the period charged for - starting from the first date of connection. 18 months on will be the termination date; good luck when you find it - that's also a complete nightmare nowadays.
Why use them then if their rubbish?
I used to have a voda for 12 months years ago I'd call them and they'd put the phone down and generally be rubbish so I voted with my feet and have not looked back from O2.
How is the customer service at orange, T-Mobile and three anyone? I ask as O2 no longer seem to give good deals when retaining customers. The harder one works the luckier one gets!0 -
I have found Orange to be extremely good in recent years; T-Mobile is as bad as Vodafone. O2 is so-so and I have no experience of Three. As to why; I have excellent reasons, but it doesn't mean I should quietly accept the appalling "service" they dish out.0

Anyway, you vodafone shills are trying to swamp this thread with useless advice that does NOT answer my two questions:

I too would like to see the question answered, especially as my contract is up in Feb next year and very shortly thereafter I will be an ex vodaphone customer, caused, in part, by the unhelpfullness of their website0 -

IF you want an "offical" reply use the "official" forum (http://forum.vodafone.co.uk/) or call them on 191
If a Voda rep sees it they will answer here saying please email them at webrelations@vodafone.com with WRT135 in the title and youir mobile number. They will not discuss contract details in an open forum (and quite rightly so).0 -
The OP and martinthebandit are asking generic questions (e.g. why does the website have a page telling you when your contract expires, but when you click on the link the page just says "528"), rather than specifics of their contracts, so I don't see why the official Vodafone rep wouldn't be able to answer them here. If there's one thing more annoying than a website not giving useful information, it's a website that appears to give the info, but the link actually takes you to a blank page.
I too had been looking at their website to see when my own contract is up - a few months ago, the "upgrades" page gave me a date; it now just says I can upgrade now, when in fact they're allowing me to do an early upgrade. A quick call to 191 gave me the info I needed, and I'm now counting the weeks until I can switch to Talkmobile.0 -

Possibly but look at the Voda rep's replys they are always their stock generic answer of email us quoting WRT135.0 -
