Its to be a fun car for weekends but I will go for a full weather kit (I know they don't really work) budget about £8k to £13k depends if I have work and no major out goings in the next couple of years (£80k at least house refurb awaits)

Just need it for fun GF will hate it I know as it will be too windy and too noisy but I am a drivers drivers and love to drive, car will be used for runs to the country side and to annoy my neighbours in West London, screw their blOOdy G Wizzzzzz's ;o))))

They don't work on any Seven, but seriousley if you have the money for a Caterham, which is debatably vastly over priced, you will find something equally thrilling that also satisfies your girlfriend, ooeeeer matron.

Having read your reply I seriously suggest you wait untill Stoneliegh next year.

You can get more fun cheaper and safer, and with a more gf friendly front than a seven/caterham, they really are for the absolute enthusiast.

You could always buy a RobinHood, look similar, have better performance than the average hot hatch but are pretty crapply engineered.

Sorry to any RH owners but that fact is widely accepted ;)
I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)

Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed

The GF hates the wind, so the full weather kit will include a flying jacket for her ;o)))

I took the wife out once in the 1st Westfield I had, didn't try to frighten her in the least but she would never set foot in the car again.. Many members of the WSCC tell a similar tale. Whether that's good or bad depends on your perspective.

Whatever you do please don't buy without trying, to say they are a snug fit for 1 is fair, 2 up in flying jackets is going to be decidedly snug.
How tall/big are you by the way? innocent.gif, if you are anywhere near six foot the only useful view is actually over the windscreen, and sadly with the roof up, well...

Get a Porsche Speedster Replica. Great fun, cheap to run, the softop actually works and it wont depreciate. Not as fast as a 7 Rep but a great car
