But its locked on Virgin.
I have browsed through 'Mobile Unlocking codes' on this forum and also googled a lot but it seems Nokia 2310 cannot be unlocked free and only my service provider can send me unlock code if I pay them charges..
Any thoughts..
Top up with £20 and Virgin should provide an unlock code for free. This site has saved me a fortune :money: ...it's also cost me a fortune!

- Supposing I no longer have the credit card I paid for it with, how do they 'take the money' as I have a flexible account with LX Direct

Legally your credit card company can honor LX Direct request for a payment & then charge you back. Check the T&C of your credit card.0 -

If what you say is true, surely there is a time limit? Or in 2010 could they ask for the £25 back?0 -

:My Nokia 1600 has arrived, and credit card takes full amount, then gives me a £25 credit, so far so good. Will watch my CC.:TMember #8 of the SKI-ers Club
Why is it I have less time now I am retired then when I worked?0 -
Order placed on 26th Dec, phone came on 29th. No sign of them asking for "their" £25 back :rotfl:0

Phone arrived today, first purchase from LXD. Nice T Mobile Nokia for £4.60 and my LXD account still has a balance of 50p. For some reason the new account came with an opening balance of 50p?0

Charged full whack on CC, but credited £25 so overall only paid £4.60.
Arrived this afternoon. Slightly suspicious as the "If seal is broken item is void" sticker has been cut open, but another sticker has been placed over the top.
A returned item? Hmm...0
