Or you use the Tactical Army method....Uses only one sheet too!!..
1-Tear off a square of paper
2-Fold into half then half again
3-Locate the center corner
4-Tear off the corner & retain
5-Unfold sheet, stick finger thru the hole
6-Wipe bum
7-Grip the finger under the sheet of paper & remove upwards, folding the paper in on itself to contain the poo.
8-Use reserved paper to clean finger.

Wilkos has the same rubbish paper for 80p. It leaves you hurting and I only keep a stock to use it for back up purposes, extreme back up purposes...:eek:The harder one works the luckier one gets!0

Instead of moaning here where Morrisons will probably never read, complain directly to Morrisons and see what they say. You might get some free BUMff.
I would do, unfortunately I only did that a couple of weeks ago about a virtually inedible pizza I bought there (they sent me £6 in vouchers:D), so I don't want to overdo it.bargainbetty wrote: »So, nothing to do with the global increase in the cost of raw materials, price increases due to freight taxes, fuel costs or any other external influence then.... Just Morrisons 'ripping off' their customers.
Good to know.
Well seen as those things have not risen overnight by30% and Morrisons themselves have just posted profits up 20% to three quarters of a billion, then no - nothing to do with those things!:p

I don't think I will be trying this...."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0 -
Do you ever wonder how your life came to this... debating 15p loo roll with strangers on the interweb? *sigh*."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0

No, they have risen by that much over the last 6-12 months and most of the larger manufacturers and retailers have absorbed the prices until recently to avoid this kind of deranged ranting from consumers.
Many paper products have the raw materials shipped in from Scandinavian areas, which suffered massive damage as a result of the volcano ash last year. In the same way as the price of coconut milk etc has risen due to the weather conditions in countries of production damaging the trees.... rice in the US has increased in cost due to the Missouri floods wiping out 40% of their domestic crop.... other things too, but logic isn't the order of the day, is it?
No, the 20% increase in profits is entirely down to their price-gouging on lav paper. Nothing to do with the big four losing customers to them due to higher prices (I find Morrisons fairly cheap compared to Sainsburys) and also due to their reductions in overheads etc....Some days, it's just not worth chewing through the leather straps....

I don't know whether to be offended or proud!

Answer me this then miss smarty got all the answers pants. If that was the case, and the reason for the price rise, why not simply increase the price of the 12 rolls for £1.22 by 30% to £1.59? Why re - package the product as a 4 roll pack at £1.22 (presumably at some expense in re-jigging the factory machinery), but write on the pack a blurb saying words to the effect of 'wow look at this!!!! rolls now twice as big!!!!!!!!!!!!!'. Are you telling me that that is not designed to give the consumer a false impression that they are getting a good or better deal than previously?

Radio Times is good for this job....Readers Digest even better, you don't have to cut it to size.....would go for recycled loo paper but can't understand why it's always white!
Seriously though, I have noticed that loo rolls and kitchen towels are a real pain to buy for the very reasons mentioned here, I tend to look (obviously) at the price, how many rolls, and then how many sheets to the roll. Also I have noticed some of the "fatter" rolls (loo and kitchen) seem to be thinner paper and wound looser as to look bulkier...see with the RT or RD you know where you are and have a good read in the process!!0
