Easi Claims / Real Time Claims ltd - PLEASE HELP!

Hi - I had problems with these in the past and have requested a refund many times but now I see the Ministry of Justice are forcing them to pay people back. Ive just sent another letter asking for my money back. Thought id join the forum to let you know about it also.....

Here's some context on this outfit;

Stuart Phillipson Bell, Steven Phillipson Bell, who are directors of said company were also directors of Mobilx, a mobile phone company that was involved in something call MTIC (Vat fraud), I know people who know them personally and say that whilst they think they are tycoons, they acturally move from one failed business to another and usually look for the short cut in dishonestly doing business. you can see this record at companies house. Also search Mobilx vs. HMRC, you will find a treasure trove of information regarding these people. Apparently they are Mormons too!! Who i understand are supossed to be honest in dealing with their fellow man - quoted from their creed.

Also look up Richard Hopkinson of Sound Solutions (europe) Ltd. they dealt with this scammer who was caught in his Vat fraud attempts as mobilx purchased from sound solutions on a number of occassions. Hopkinson has since been disqualified as a director till 2028. Bell's got off lightly it seems.
If you check out companies house and look for director names, you can usually find out quite a bit.
