I used real time claims to get back my PPI that I had on 2 loans and a credit card, I found them very help full at all times and I did not have to pay upfront for any work. Very good service.:j I also check on the government web page and they have never had a complete :A
why use a company to get your money back if your claim is valid then you could have done it yourself for nothing how much did you get back and how much did you pay them????0 -
I would like to say the client has not lost her 240 as the client is entitled to a refund. We are extremely busy and sometimes calls get missed. If we don't know if a client has cancelled how can we deal with it. Who ever the client is please call so we can sort this situation from getting worse.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention0 -
I too received a call from this company, an 'advisor' called Richard probably not real name, said I had paid PPI on a loan and mortgage, the truth was I never had a the loan or mortgage, I made it up to see what they would say so how can I get the 5,400 PPI back when I never paid it If you get a call from this company be careful, looks like they are based in Torremolinos Spain just Google Easiclaims SL..0

I also parted with £240 of my hard earned cash and to be honest totally forgot about it as i had family problems going on at the time. quite a while later, a few months or so i would guess, i got a call from them saying that out of the 8 claims i put in i had been successful on 4 and i was unbelievably paid £13,762. If this is a scam can we please have more sent my way.0

Another newbie, just a slightly more plausible story. However, still a mug because they paid £240 for 8 stamps and then also lost perhaps a third or more of what they were entitled to.
Assuming of course that they are genuine.0 -
Something about all these newbies suddenly posting about how awesome Easiclaims are - no posting about anything, just joining MSE to post praise about a CMC...
Either these two people had such a good experience they spend every waking moment filing through the internet to offer rebuttals about any criticism of Easiclaims, or something very fishy is going on here and I am not talking about Billingsgate!0 -

Hello - new to the forum but hoping some one can help - I was contacted by Easi Claims - paid up the £240 they asked for but didn't receive any paperwork from them but did from Legal Issues? At no time were they mentioned by Easi Claims who said I just had to sit back and wait for the refunds to be paid to me therefore didn't know they were a no win-no fee company. Received a refund and now Legal Issues are demanding 25% - where do I stand - thanks0

Ask Legal Issues for a copy of your contract saying you agreed to employ them and on what terms.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0

You can also demand a refund from Easiclaims as the have broken MOJ rules by taking your money before you had a chance to see their terms and conditions in writing (since you never received them!).0
