    Not intending to visit sales as there is nothing I want. My OH bought himself a pair of CAT boots on Christmas eve reduced in sale in Barratts to £15 and that will probably be our sole (get it? sole:D ) bargain for January.

    We've been in the house today eating left over turkey with a chinese twist and chocolate. OH and DD now watching ET as they have never seen it - neither of I and I have no intention of doing so now!

  • Best bargain - staying at home and cooking soup from scratch using veg from the garden and bought cheaply at TESCOs on Christmas Eve - total cost for 5 was 5p = 1p each!!
