Well, I've just had my Nokia 1100 phone partially damaged, including losing the SIM card. I was looking into buying another one, but checked out Ebay first. I've just picked up a new fasica for it for £2.50 all in. I then phoned Virgin to cancel my previous SIM card and they're sending me a replacement for free, with the same number as my lost one.
Sorted.Happy chappy0 -
I've just bought a PAYG mobile for my dad (65) who's decided to join the 21st century. The most appealing deal seemed to come from virgin mobile who offered a Nokia 1112 with 200 minutes for £19.99 (+£2.99 delivery) calls to UK landlines (which would account for most of the calls he would make) and virgin mobiles at 15p for the first 5 mins then 5p/min after that.
Since he hardly uses a phone anyway this looked pretty good.

Hope this proves useful.
