    I've had both low and high rates - bought my first home in 1995. I also had MIRAS, but it only lasted a couple of years before they did away with it. :(

    Some people just sit about and moan, others make the best of it. I've done well simply because I was prepared to make the best of a bad situation. I assume most other people who are doing well have done the same.

    We all seem to be in accord that low rates are a good thing for those of us prepared to adapt. Natural selection I guess.
