    In store today I got

1 freezing verruca kit (exciting I know) and 2 packets of venus razor blades for £7 total

1 packet antihistamines, 1 packet gaviscon and 1 antibac spray for £2.69 total.

I made them put it through separately as the SA said it would charge for the 2 most expensive items.

I have had multiple emails with various parts of my order included. I selected to pay via paypal (supplied email address)

I dont know which order I am paying for, if paying for them all, then they all have separate delivery charges which works out tripple the original "quote" lol. Ughh..

Will they take money automatically from paypal? I didn't go through any PP pages, enter any PP passwords, no authorisation etc so surely they cannot just take funds? I have no idea what is going to happen but would rather cancel the lot than risk having to pay 4 x delivery charges!!

    Spike,
Have you tried speaking to their CS telephone helpline?
Lloyds that is!I would certainly dispute the postage and ask them for a breakdown of invoices and cancellations
They were excellent and very helpful with me in the last sale
If they are awkward can't you put a dispute through paypal?
Would be a shame to lose out the whole order and it's not your fault the websites carp!

Please press the thanks button when someone has helped!
